Like the first two Movie War films, Movie War Ultimatum is split into three parts. The first part is Kamen Rider Fourze's place five years after the events of the series. Gentaro is now a teacher at Amanogawa High as well as the Space Kamen Rider Club's new academic advisor, Yuki becoming an astronaut, Kengo working as a scientist at Kyoto University like his father, Miu becoming a model, Shun becoming a professional football player, JK working for a magazine, Tomoko as a novelist, and Ryusei becoming an agent of Interpol with Inga Blink.
 

 

 

Story

A new evil organization known as Space Shocker uses magic to threaten the Earth, causing an unknown phenomenon. The Space Sheriffs Gavan type-G and Sharivan are sent to execute all wizards on Earth in response to the threat and begins to attack Kamen Riders Wizard and Beast. The Space Crime Syndicate Madou, who were once defeated by the original Sharivan, return to cause even more havoc in the world. Meanwhile, Yoko Usami from the Go-Busters finds a mysterious little robot called Psycholon which Space Shocker and the Madou are after.

Like Kamen Rider Wizard, Nito is able to become the mystically-powered Kamen Rider Beast, who is also referred to as the "Ancient Wizard" (古の魔法使い Inishie no Mahōtsukai ? ), by using the Beast Driver. Akin to Kamen Rider Wizard's Styles, Kamen Rider Beast can change to different forms known as Mantles (マント Manto ? ), which are named after the special cloak-like attachments that gives him powers of different animals. After Nito transforms into Kamen Rider Beast, he originally said "Now, its feeding time!" (さあ、食事の時間 だ! Saa, Shokuji no jikan da! ? ) until adopting the phrase "Now, it's lunchtime (さあ、ラン チタイムだ! Saa, Ranchitaimu da! ? ) to contrast with Haruto's own "it's showtime." Whenever Beast executes one of his finishers, he says "the Main Dish!" (メイン ディッシュだ! Mein disshu da! ? ). [2][3][4] Falco Mantle Falco Mantle (ファルコマント Faruko Manto ? ) is a form where Kamen Rider Beast is armed with an orange cape with the same name, accessed by the Falco Ring, giving him the ability to fly. [5] When Kamen Rider Beast turns into Falco Mantle, the Beast Driver rhythmically chants "Fa-Fa-Fa-Falco" (ファッファッファッファルコ Fa-Fa-Fa-Faruko ? ). The Falco Mantle is first used in Kamen Rider × Kamen Rider Wizard & Fourze: Movie War Ultimatum. Chameleo Mantle Chameleo Mantle (カメレオマント Kamereo Manto ? ) is a form where Kamen Rider Beast is armed with a light green cape with the same name, accessed by the Chameleo Ring, giving him the ability to blend in with the environment and appear invisible to enemies. He is also able to use the coiled tongue ornament on the Mantle's shoulder pauldron as a whip. [6] When Kamen Rider Beast turns into Chameleo Mantle, the Beast Driver chants "ChaCha-Cha-Cha- Chameleo" (カカッカッ カッカメレオ KaKa-Ka-Ka-Kamereo ? ). [2] Buffa Mantle Buffa Mantle (バッファマント Baffa Manto ? ) is a form where Kamen Rider Beast is armed with a crimson cape with the same name, accessed by the Buffa Ring, allowing him to become stronger and more durable to defend himself from any attack. [7] When Kamen Rider Beast turns into Buffa Mantle, the Beast Driver chants "Bu-Bu-Bububu-Buffa" (バッバッバババ バッファ Ba-Ba-Bababa-Baffa ? ). [2]

Six months prior to the start of the series, a mysterious ritual held on the day of the solar eclipse took place. Its purpose was to give birth to a group of magical creatures called Phantoms through humans with magical potential called "Gates", by forcibly subjecting them to immense despair. Haruto Soma and Koyomi, the survivors of the ritual, are tasked by the mysterious White Wizard to fight the Phantoms
